Yes. The Golf OS app is required to access Smooth Swings. You’ll use the app to manage bookings, unlock the facility, and access your reserved bay. We recommend downloading and setting up the app before your first visit.
Yes. All guests and members must create a Smooth Swings account to book simulator bays, manage reservations, and access the facility.
Members can manage reservations and access the facility through the GolfOS mobile app, making it easy to book and play on their schedule.
No. Non-members are welcome to reserve a simulator bay. Simply create a guest account, book online, and enjoy indoor golf without a membership.
Smooth Swings is open seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM for guests. Members enjoy extended access based on their membership plan.
Yes. Golfers under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while using the facility.
Advance booking availability varies by membership level. Members receive priority reservation access, while guests can reserve available tee times online.
Simulator bays are reserved in hourly increments, allowing you to book the amount of time needed for practice sessions, lessons, or full rounds.
Most individual golfers can complete an 18-hole round in about one hour. Larger groups may want to reserve additional time to ensure a comfortable pace of play.
Yes. Memberships include guest privileges, and members may bring up to five guests per visit based on membership guidelines.
Yes. Players should bring their own golf clubs, as rental clubs are not available.
Yes. Both plastic and wooden tees may be used with our simulator turf. Simulator tees are also available for your convenience.
Comfortable golf attire is recommended, including shirts, shorts or pants, and athletic or golf shoes. Metal-spike golf shoes are not permitted.

Players can choose from more than 300 world-renowned golf courses through the TrackMan simulator platform, offering a realistic indoor golf experience year-round.
For everyone’s safety, only one golfer may swing at a time. Always remain aware of your surroundings and stay clear of the hitting area when another player is taking a shot. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the facility.
Help us maintain a premium indoor golf experience by treating simulator screens, mats, and technology with care. Food and beverages should be kept away from hitting areas unless otherwise permitted. Please notify staff immediately if you notice damaged equipment or technical issues.
Please use clean golf clubs, golf balls, and footwear when using the simulators. Athletic shoes and soft-spike golf shoes are permitted; metal spikes are prohibited. All shots must be played from the designated hitting mat. Running starts, hitting from outside the mat, or altering simulator equipment is not allowed.
We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all golfers. Respect fellow players, guests, and staff at all times. Disruptive behavior, unsafe actions, or inappropriate language may result in suspension of facility privileges.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled reservation and finish your session within your allotted booking period. During busy times, be mindful of pace of play and fellow golfers waiting to use the simulators.
Guests are welcome when accompanied by a member and must follow all facility rules. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests. Memberships, reservations, and access privileges may not be shared or transferred.
Golfers should participate within their physical abilities and warm up before play. If you are injured, feeling unwell, or unable to safely swing a club, please postpone your session.
Use of the facility and golf simulators is at your own risk. Smooth Swings Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Failure to follow facility guidelines may result in the loss of booking or membership privileges.
